About This Event
During the holiday season, feel the warmth in your heart by cultivating a deep love for the Divine and for all creation. Join this four-night Winter retreat, Wednesday through Sunday, which includes time in nature, prayer, mantra meditation, philosophy, vegetarian Ayurvedic cooking, observing the milking of sacred cows and serving them, cleansing/fasting and lots of yoga. Enjoy the winter in the quiet snowy hills of New Vrindaban, West Virginia, a spiritual community with beautiful cows and hundreds of acres of natural beauty.
That said, imagine a deeply satisfying, practical, healthy lifestyle with the personal power to change your life experience, to start to overcome trauma and
addiction, to maybe lose that extra weight, and to embrace a new level of living at peace with yourself, moderated by yourself, and living life to the fullest.
We will help you start to change the core of how you live your life. How you see things. How you see yourself. At New Vrindaban’s winter retreats, we will teach you that you are a beautiful, powerful person in charge of your own well-being.
Massage and other therapies will be offered at an additional cost. When possible, retreat participants may be offered a health check up and a reading of blood work to help determine the optimal personalized nutrition program.
