What you’ll do:

Support small local farmers by being a part of the latest movement in food - Farm to Table - where restaurants are buying food directly from the growers. Taste the difference! Farm to Table food is fresher and tastier because the veggies are picked when they are ripe. Almost everything on your plate, from the asparagus and tomatoes to the cauliflower and fresh herbs, are sourced from New Vrindaban’s own gardens and greenhouses.

What’s for dinner? Well, that depends on what’s in season! Which is great because that means that each Farm to Table dining experience with us will be truly unique. One thing we can guarantee is that everything in the 8 or perhaps 9 course meal will be bursting with flavor and freshness that is hard to find anywhere else.

The atmosphere will also be exceptional. Dinner will be served at outdoor tables next to the Lotus Pond which overlooks the majestic Palace of Gold. Enjoy the serene natural setting as the very cows which supplied the milk for some of your preparations graze nearby. Feel good knowing that these cows are a part of the oldest animal sanctuary in the Western world where they are cared for with love for their entire lives.
