About This Event
In preparation of our annual Ratha-yatra Festival (Festival of India) which usually takes place in July, Lord Jagannatha, the Lord of the Universe, is given a bath (snana) with ambrosial waters and milk ingredients and worshiped in great splendor. Lord Jagannatha is a form of Lord Krishna with wide eyes and a broad smile, who goes out on the streets every year on a magnificent chariot to give His audience to everyone. Please join us for the grand celebration starting in the temple room at 10:30am beginning with bhajans.
