Your Ayurvedic Constitution
In Ayurvedic medicine, the personal constitution of the person is the starting point for all treatments. This constitution (Sanskrit: prakruti) expresses itself as an individual manifestation of the three doshas (bioenergies or life forces): vata, pitta, and kapha. The doshas are described as biological energies found throughout the human body and mind. They govern the physical and mental processes and provide every living being with an individual blueprint for health and fulfillment. Discover your dosha and start living your most balanced life.

Marma Discovery

Stimulation of these points is said to affect everything from the health of your organs to the production of hormones and more. Discover your secret points to activate your best life.

Vedic Bodywork
Nuad Borarn (VedicThai Bodywork-Assisted Yoga) is viewed as a martial art of healing and is reported to manifest instant positive results. In Thailand, Bodywork is utilized medicinally as a cherished and revered indulgence to remedy the prominent social ailments such as emotional stress and physical inertia. Thai-Yoga sessions inspire the soul and tranquilize the body. Customarily, a Thai-Yoga session lasts about 2 hours, during which there is a surrendering release which allows deeper and deeper physical and mental ‘openings’. Flowing rhythmic compressions using the feet, knees, palms, elbows, forearms and fingers are blended with exotic stretching positions known as asanas and disciplined breath control known as pranayama, effectively producing a balanced and harmonious symbiotic communication integrating the body’s vital systems, including mechanical- musculoskeletal, electrical-neural, chemical-glandular.

Vedic Thai Bodywork
Assisted Yoga is love. It is a sacred offering, a conscious contribution to self-realization and soul revelation, the goal and purpose of life. With deliberate and skillful intentions of joyful communication, Thai-Yoga bodywork produces profound pleasure and inspiring tranquility physically and psychologically by replacing old, restricted energy patterns within the body/spirit. Socially revered as a medical folk art, it is commonly reported to revitalize and balance cerebral (emotional) and somatic (physical) ailments instantly. This dignified and communally-cherished art parallels in sophistication results obtained by other modern medical options. Aesthetically pleasing and highly recommended, Thai-Yoga Bodywork enhances the quality of living by opening congested chakras (dormant reservoirs of bio-spiritual power) and clearing nadis (electro-magnetic meridian pathways), Nuad Borarn is one of the Original Matriarchs of healing. Its distinction is true in its value of producing dynamic well-being and serenity.” (Mukti)

Sacred Rituals and Scripts
Rituals are about bringing sacredness into your life, and about honoring something greater than yourself. It is about honoring the mystery, and the bringer of life in all things, from the flowers to the trees, to the birds, the tiny caterpillar glistening on a fresh leaf, or the waking sun, and the moonlight. There is a divine force that moves through all things, like a river, enlivening all of life. It is the same force that moves the plant to flower, the wolf to howl, or lights up a baby’s face. As we become more aware of this higher force moving in our lives and express our gratitude for it, it expands and colors daily life with radiance and light that connects us to all living things. Discover some simple daily rituals to bring magic into your life.
Ritual is the passageway of the soul into the Infinite. – Algernon Blackwood

Sacred Sound and Kirtan
Become the best and most authentic version of yourself through maha-mantra meditation. Uncover your inner joy, cultivate peace, and achieve a balanced lifestyle. Kirtan is the call and response form of chanting that characterizes the Bhakti movement. Kirtan usually offers a journey deep within the very heart of our soul. Kirtan is also an essence to yoga that links one with God.

Five Healing Meals
According to Ayurveda, your dosha determines which foods you should eat to promote inner balance. For example, the pitta dosha focuses on cooling, energizing foods and limits spices, nuts, and seeds. Meanwhile, the vata dosha favors warm, moist, and grounding foods while restricting dried fruits, bitter herbs, and raw veggies. Finally, the kapha dosha limits heavy foods like nuts, seeds, and oils in favor of fruits, veggies, and legumes.
Red meat, artificial sweeteners, and processed ingredients are limited for all three doshas. Instead, the Ayurvedic diet encourages eating healthy whole foods. We will explore the impact of these foods on the body after cultivating awareness of our dosa.
