Our summer camp at New Vrindaban, the land of Lord Krishna, will focus on hands-on learn-by-doing exploration of bhakti, play and artistic expression. Examples of activities in the New adVentures summer camp may be archery, shelter building, animal tracking, gardening, fire by friction, rope making, drumming, yoga, kirtan, leadership and trust-building games, milking and brushing cows, milk sweet preparation and offering to the Deities, ice-cream making. We will also celebrate Ratha Yatra and Pushpa abhisek with the kids. While your children are engaged in camp fun, you can take full advantage of the inspiring content offered to the parents. Expect parenting seminars, yoga, hiking, service opportunities, nutrition classes, and much more to assist you in your service of raising children in Bhakti.
(Camp is for kids 6-14. Kids under 6 welcome, but a parent/guardian has to accompany them at all times.)
