The Palace of Gold offers several types of comfortable accommodations. The Guest Lodge is perfect for an overnight visit, or consider a stay in a cottage for a weekend retreat. If you are visiting the Palace of Gold during the winter months, we have guest rooms available at New Vrindaban's RVC temple. Guest Lodge

The New Vrindaban Guest House is located across from Sri Sri Radha Vrndavana Candra's temple and just down the hill from the Palace of Gold.

Dates of Operation:
The Guest House is open April through November. If you are visiting us any other time of the year we can accommodate you in a Temple Guest Room instead.

Accommodations:
The Guest House has 38 rooms furnished with pillows, towels, soap and AC. Sizes vary from four, five or eight beds and some contain double beds. Individual unattached bathrooms are located next to the rooms.

Cottages

A New Vrindaban Cottage is perfect for a retreat for the entire family. We have twelve cottages on wooded lots that are just minutes walk from Sri Sri Radha Vrndavana Candra's temple and the Palace of Gold. The cottages offer spacious living quarters, privacy, and peaceful surroundings.

Dates of Operation:
Cottages are available for rental from March through November. If you are visiting us any other time of the year we can accommodate you in a Temple Guest Room instead.

Accommodations:

Large Cottages are available for up to 6 people. They are furnished with three private bedrooms.

Small Cottages are available for up to 4 people. They are furnished with one or two private bedrooms and/or loft.

All Cottages include:

Kitchen area with pots and pans, microwave and refrigerator
Kitchen or dining table
Linens for all beds
Private bathroom with towels and soap

Temple Guest Rooms

The Guest Rooms are located in the same building as Sri Sri Radha Vrndavana Candra's temple. They offer quick access to the temple in a comfortable, devotional atmosphere.

Dates of Operation:
The Guest Rooms are open year-round.

Accommodations:
The Temple Guest rooms are furnished with beds, pillows, towels, and soap. Some rooms have bunk beds. Seperate men and women's bathrooms are unattached. During the winter, meals are provided on a donation basis.

Guarantee a Reservation

Although we will gladly make reservations without a credit card, the only way to guarantee a reservation of a room or cottage is to provide a credit card number. Confirmation numbers for rooms will only be given for credit card reservations.

If you do not secure the reservation with a credit card number within 24 hours, we will still reserve the room for you, however, we cannot guarantee the room.

For your safety, please do not send credit card numbers through email!

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for a cancellation, you must let us know you wish to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

* If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of your pre-arranged arrival time, or if you cancel the same day or do not show up at all or do not inform about the same on telephone, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
* Cancellation charge will be processed on the credit card number you gave to secure the reservation.

Note: Credit card will not be charged until you arrive, or unless you cancel as outlined above. We do not charge cards ahead of time.

For our honored Life Members who wish to stay with us, please observe the following.

* Your special rate is $10 per person per night for a maximum of four people.
* Maximum stay of three nights at this rate.
* Your accommodation must be booked in advance.
* Your Life membership card must be presented upon check in.
